Grading Information

Progress Reports will be e-mailed every three weeks. Grades can also be checked using PowerSchool.

2019-20 Grading Periods

 End of First Quarter: October 30, 2020
 End of Second Quarter: January 21, 2021
 End of Third Quarter: March 26, 2021
 End of Fourth Quarter: May 26, 2021*
*The end of fourth quarter is subject to change due to inclement weather days.

Below, is the standardized grading scale used to report quarter academic grades. Individual teachers will provide more detailed information about the specific methods they use to determine quarter academic grades within their classroom. Grades may be calculated using total points or category weight grading practices.

Please consult with teachers regarding grading questions.

High School

 A = 95 – 100     B+ = 87 – 89     B- = 80 – 82
 A- = 90 – 94     B = 83 – 86     F = 79 and below

Middle School

 A = 95 – 100     B- = 80 – 82     D+ = 67 – 69
 A- = 90 – 94     C+ = 77 – 79     D = 63 – 66
 B+ = 87 – 89     C = 73 – 76     D- = 60 – 62
 B = 83 – 86     C- = 70 – 72     F = 59 and below
 W = withheld to provide additional time for  evaluation.
